BUSINESS FOUNDATION PACKAGE

The Startup Guru Business Foundation Package is a set of deliverables and business compliance documents that help you cost-effectively create the legal framework and foundation of your business.  The package includes consulting, key business formation deliverables, and the implementation of necessary actions to properly form your business. The project duration for implementing this business package is 2 weeks once the client agreement is signed

The package includes the following services and deliverables:

1. Set up your entity as a Corporation or Limited Liability Company in Colorado (State fee $50)
   

2. Create bylaws
   

3. Create initial corporate minutes
   

4. Order corporate book (additional fees vary apply)
   

5. Create shareholder agreement
   

6. Create stock template
   

7. Create electronic transfer ledger
   

8. Advise on branding, including company name, URL, logo and company image
   

9. Set up a collaboration tool, monthly fee ($50/mo)
   

10. Create board of advisers agreement
    

11. Create independent contractor agreement
    

12. Create non-disclosure agreement
    

13. Create confidential information and invention assignment
    

14. File one domestic trademark online and respond to any Office Actions from the USPTO examiner for up to 6 months (cost varies - minimum is $275)
    

BUSINESS MODEL PACKAGE

The Startup Guru Business Model Package is a program designed to create a customized business model that is scalable and fulfills the economic potential of the entrepreneurís dream.  Our research and advisory service's first mission is to understand the life purpose of the founder(s) and the vision of the business.  Part of our proven process is founder(s) interviews, extensive market research, competitive analysis, continual interaction with founder(s), a draft model presentation, (revisions if necessary) and the final presentation of the model to the client.  Our creativity process includes an accurate review of all documents and presentation to ensure they are all aligned with your specific objectives and goals. The project duration for implementing the business package varies between 30 and 90 days.  A presentation will not be made until Startup Guru feels it has created an accurate model for the client.
