About: The Blog
The focus of this blog is to introduce the world to the research, discoveries and findings around the four entrepreneurial archetypes and the four stages of business evolution. We have named them the Entrepreneurial Personality Profiles (EPP) and the Business Evolution Model (BEM).
These theories were discovered and enhanced by Brian Tsuchiya over the past five years. Each is simple and natural and linked to extensive research and experience. As Brian is The Dreamer some of the findings and results are simply a result of his intuition and instinct. Combining the historical research, Brian’s intuition and the entrepreneurial and testing ahead the final results will be quiet powerful and impactful for entrepreneurs all over the world.
As of February 2011 we are in the early stages of our research and understanding and yet thing is clear. We all instinctively know we are different entrepreneurs and although we sometimes try to emulate someone else’s style it never works for us. The truth is we are unique in our own character. And yet we also know there are certain patterns in entrepreneurs that we find familiar. We call this temperament. Our temperament is a pre-disposition to a certain way of behaving. We have named these four personality types as The Dreamer, The Architect, The Builder and The Cultivator. Enjoy the journey as we explore the depths of these theories and share them in this blog. We look forward to sharing the assessment tool and book with entrepreneurs around the world who are certainly looking for the answer to this question. Why don’t you understand me?
