The StartUp Guru Business Model Package is a program designed to create a customized business model that is scalable and fulfills the economic potential of the entrepreneur’s dream.  Our research and advisory service's first mission is to understand the life purpose of the founder(s) and the vision of the business.  Part of our proven process is founder(s) interviews, extensive market research, competitive analysis, continual interaction with founder(s), a draft model presentation, (revisions if necessary) and the final presentation of the model to the client.  Our creativity process includes an accurate review of all documents and presentation to ensure they are all aligned with your specific objectives and goals.

The project duration for implementing the business package varies between 30 and 90 days.  A presentation will not be made until Startup Guru feels it has created an accurate model for the client.  The upfront fee for this service package is $5,000 and 5% of the founder equity round.
